What services do you provide?
MCS Therapy currently provides Speech, Physical, Occupational and Psychological therapies to the city of Casa Grande and surrounding areas.
Are any of your services available in Spanish? What services do you provide?
Currently we do not have any bi-lingual therapists. We understand that there is a need and are working to bring Spanish speaking therapists to our team.
What are your hours?
Our hours are by appointment only. Please contact us for an appointment that will work with your schedule.

Will you come to my house?
MCS Therapy provides both home and clinic based therapies.
Our facility provides a safe environment for children to play, learn, and explore.
Are you in my insurance network?
MCS Therapy accepts a variety of insurances. We are a registered provider for the Department of Disabilities and AHCCCS. We are also in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and United Health Care. Please feel free to contact your insurance company and/or office at 520-424-1100 for any insurance questions and/or concerns.
We need services, how do we start the process?
After receiving a prescription for services from your pediatrician and/or family doctor, along with an authorization from your insurance company (if required), we ask that you contact our office to schedule an appointment.
An initial evaluation will be completed by one of our therapists. Once completed, MCS Therapy will send a copy of the evaluation to you, your physician, and insurance company. Once therapy services have been authorized, your therapist will contact you to set up an appointment.
How often will we have appointments? And for how many visits?
Therapy sessions are typically once a week for approximately an hour. However, depending on the evaluation, your therapist may indicate a need for more frequent visits. The total number of visits will also be based on the evaluation and unique goals set by your therapist. The number of visits my also depend on your insurance company.
Do I need to attend the session?
It is our policy that a parent or guardian remain present for therapy sessions. It is your choice to sit in on the session or wait in our waiting room. At times, the therapist may ask for you to come in and participate with the therapy.
For home based therapy, a parent or guardian at least 18 years of age MUST be present or our therapist cannot provide therapy.
Payment Options
Co-Pays, deductibles, and fees are due at time of service. Please speak to our office manager for cash paying options.
Cancellation/Sick Policy
If you need to cancel a session we ask that you provide us with 24 hour notice. We understand that illness and emergencies happen. We ask that if you or your child is ill, that you please call your therapist and re-schedule. Please remain home if you have a fever above 101, have vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious illness.
